OK....CHECK IT OUT! THIS YA GIRL COLE ROSE WITH THAT UPDATE, DAWG! WE HAD TWO SHOWS IN ONE DAY! THE FIRST SHOW WAS DURING THE DAY AT UNIVERSITY OF HARTFORD IN CONNECTICUT...THE CROWD WAS WILD! WE TOOK A FEW PICS WITH FANS..THEY WERE SOOOOOOO COOL! THANKS GUYS! UH LETS SEE...SOMETHING INTERESTING.....HMMMMM, I HAD TO COME OUT OF MY 6 INCH HEELS THAT OUR STYLIST(E.J.) PUT ME IN!!!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHH IT WAS A FRIGGIN SET UP! ( E.J......WAIT TIL WE GET BACK TO THE GYM) ANYWHO, IT WAS PERFECT BECAUSE WE WERE WILDIN" OUT!!! SO YEAH, SECOND SHOW (UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT) ...REDMAN, METHOD MAN, AND FLO RIDA DID THEIR THANG....NICE!!!!! WE WENT ..WARDS DURING PAIN'S SET...THE CROWD WAS VERY RECEPTIVE....THANKS! IT MEANS SO MUCH AS A NEW ARTIST TO HAVE THE AUDIENCE RELATE TO YOU!!!! STAY POSTED YOU GUYS BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO COME....WE'VE BEEN TAPING FOR SOPHIA FRESH TV, SO BE LOOKING OUT FOR THAT. WE REAL, SO GET READY........NO SUGARCOATAGE (IS THAT A WORD) LOL!!! IT IS NOW!! PEACE, NINJAS!!!!
I'm currently in the library while I can't get on the computer at home and I just checked SF's MySpace and heard it... O M G. This is the best song ever! Everything in the whole library is silent... you only hear the bass knocking from my headphones.... SUPERBAD!!!!

I'm so so so sorry for not updating this site much because I'm really busy with school and I don't wanna repeat my 1st HS year. Sooo... when the situation is good I will get back. I even started a new layout which is sooo phreakin' fresh!! So please, stay with us and keep checking!

Delaware was quite memorable to Sophia Fresh!To kick off our morning we received wonderful new MacBook laptops from our executive producer "T Pain" as a thank you gift! We appreciate you Pain;I guess he took a peek at the old ones,lol. Talkin about makin a sistahs day,woohoooo!
The delaware show was faaantastic. This crowd showed alot of love to the Nappy Boy Family. When we are having a good time on stage we tend to take our time and this audience was extremely receptive to it! We love you guys for that.

"Hey guys!!! The Baltimore show was amazing! We didn't get to spend much time there to hangout but performing definitely made up for it. Big ups to the students at "UMBC"!!!!!! They showed sooooo much love and support. We were able to spot a group of girls singing along with the hook of our new single feat. Cee-Lo & T-Pain, "Superbad!" That's one of the most amazing feelings in the world especially as a new artist. I must say that the response from the audience has been awesome considering that we're new artists. On another funny note... (lol) I want you guys to hear about the complete experience so I can't lack in telling you how angry I was when the room service people at the hotel told me it was too late to order room service after the show!!! You all know that I'm the hungry one of the bunch!haha! Love my snacks! All in all, we had a great time and thanks for all of your love. See ya at the next stop! Hope to see u there!
